Show a project to teammates

Every running agent in a project you show can be picked as a recipient.

• What teammates see: project names, agent names, and whether an agent is working
• What they don't see: folder locations, conversations, files — when they ask, your agent answers from the folder, leaving out secret files.

The first time

• New agent window — For a new folder, Show to teammates is on. Open as is to show it, or turn it off first.
• Agent opened outside lodelai — In Show this project to teammates? at the top, click Show or Don't Show.

It starts with Questions only, and anyone in your organization can send requests. With no teammates yet, lodelai asks the first time you open the project after someone joins.

Changing it later

Right-click the project name in the My agents list.

• Show to teammates — Turns it on or off right away.
• Request Settings… — Sets three things at once:
  • Accepts: Questions only / Questions and tasks (tasks can edit files)
  • Who can send requests: Everyone in the organization / Selected people
  • Review before sending: You see what agents send each other first (off by default)

Hidden projects have a crossed-out eye icon.
