Notifications and Do Not Disturb

Clicking a notification takes you there. You don't allow or decline from a notification.

Turn off by type

Use the toggles in Settings › General › Notifications:

• Teammate messages and requests
• Requests to my agents
• Waiting for approval
• Review before sending
• When an agent finishes — work took over 30 seconds and you're not looking at that agent
• Usage limits — once at 80% and once when you run out

Mute a chat

Right-click a teammate in the Chats list and choose Mute (1 hour · Until tomorrow morning · Until I turn it off). Only banners stop; counts still show.

If you mute a group, messages that mention you with @ still notify you.

Menu bar icon

The lodelai icon in the menu bar shows what's going on: something waiting for you first, then disconnected, then working.

Online and typing status

Turn off Show online and typing status in Settings › My account, and teammates won't see when you're online or typing. You won't see theirs either. When it's on, three dots appear next to a teammate's name while they're writing to you.

Do Not Disturb

Choose lodelai › Do Not Disturb in the menu bar (1 hour · Until tomorrow morning · Until I turn it off). While it's on, click the bell icon in the status bar to turn it off.
